Beach House Juan Dolio - Looking for 1 day rent

Need your help on the following:

I'm looking for a beach house in Juan Dolio to rent it only for one 1 day (April 14). Do you know any options?

This is for a birthday party, I want to make a BBQ on the beach with a bunch of friends (20 to 25 people), ages 26 - 35. We are good crowd, not noisy, just want a good place to spend 1 day.

Any ideas?

Why do you need a house. The beach is public so you can have a barbecue anywhere you like! can't think of any houses to rent on the beach. Guayacanes might be a better bet (next to Juan Dolio). Playa Esmerelda is in between the two and you could have barbevue on beach and use hotel facilities such as toilets??

You could also talk to the owner of Cachique Bar, which is on the public beach in Juan Dolio.
They have a barbeque and I'm sure would be more than willing to cater the event for you. You'd have the best of both worlds....a place to party, with a cook and washrooms, tables, pool table etc.
