Suggestions for Deep Sea Fishing

We'll be vacationing soon in Bayhibe and La Romana area. Can someone suggest a reputable deep sea fishing guide/boatman to contact? We don't want to go WAY OUT, but would like to fish for white Marlin (I know it really doesn't start until May, but you never know what might happen when you are really trying hard, right?) We don't need luxury, just a safety-minded
captain with the proper certifications and a sea-worthy boat with life preservers. We're not looking for "fancy", we want to catch fish. Does anyone know if we can line up a fishing trip at the Viva Dominicus Beach
Resort where we will be staying? Also, we're ready for some new experiences in a new land. Can anyone suggest some fun things to do, places to go, things to see, new things to try. (We're farm folks and looking for excitement!) Of course, we already know the beach will be wonderful!
