Thanks for the link Steve G. As I said, the board is made up of rich Dominicans, all/ most of whom have a vested interest in construction of the 'new' Juan Dolio. Why no representatives from small businesses already here, or from the 'existing' Juan Dolio, or should I ask them?

For this Villas Del Mar has the Neighbors Meetings - Junta de Vesinos ( who live , has business etc. in Villas Del Mar ) , but the last one on Mar 28 just 8 people had attended out of hundreds of properties and businesses . Why no representatives from small businesses already here, or from the 'existing' Juan Dolio were not there ???
