what's a good car rental & DR driving tip

I am finally going back to DR for vacation. I want to rent a car in SDQ and would like to know what's a good rate, and also since I've never driven in SDQ (only in small towns) what are some tips since everyone drives as they please w/ out nay rules.

Everytime I go to Santiago I use Budget. they are the cheapest and I get good service. About driving............... I think I am in car about 3 minutes and I begining using that 4 letter word and the famous finger.

If someone really wants to start a new business in D.R. I think a horn manufacturing plant, because they have to wear out the horns on their cars. I have never heard so many cars use the horns the way D.R. people do. jejejejeje
