Get skunk drunk everyday with our world class rhum, get a chica to keep you company, bathe in the warm tropical seas, lounge around for hours on end on beautiful beaches drinking Pina Coladas.
You know.. Take the best that the country has to offer, instead of trying to extract something out of it, that it doesn't want to give.

Juan Dolio - Dominican Republic (DR1)

There is nightlife primarily at the hotels but this is not what you would call a “party hearty” destination. Take time out to visit the many restaurants in the area and mingle with the crowd that lives there or commutes in from Santo Domingo, especially on weekends. Drive 20 minutes, and you are at Caribbean Sun restaurant with lively night life, especially on Saturdays.

Santo Domingo - Dominican Republic

The outof- the-ordinary bar/restaurant Aura, with its Asian-style lounges right in the middle of Juan Dolio Beach, and Caribbean Sun at Playa Caribe where beach fun is extended well into the evening deserve special mentions. There are also hotel casinos and a smattering of discos in the area.

The curfew 'may' have put an end to many of the Raves. Not sure midnight or 2 a.m. cut-offs work that well for the young party all night crowd.
