These events are safer than going scuba diving or horse back riding. If you look at the number of people participating and the number of people getting hurt or killed. How come nobody wants to ban those activities?

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get those stats, and does it include the long term brain damage caused by Ecstasy?

Ok, I will give you an example, The Love Parade in Berlin had about 1 million people per year, for many years. Thats about 10 million people. Then count how many deaths they had.

now check the stats for deadly scuba diving accidents and horseback riding. You will find your answer. Or ask Christopher Reeve.
