Nice villas edgar325 ! Great location , good design . BTW the closest entrance to the beach will be from your villas right between Costa Del Sol II and Marbella by Metro , it means right in front Plaza Real and right from your street ! . And again Welcome to the neighborhood !

To answer it the first phase which are the 3 towers should be finished within 2 years and as they say here " Si Dios quiere".

I'm sure they will finish on time as I see them working hard everyday and night. And remember originally 1st phase was just 2 towers , they added later 3d because of the demand and towers I & II are sold out already !
