Name of hotels in Juan Dolio Area/Diving

Several months ago I was searching for hotels in the Juan Dolio area that were within walking distance of Pirate's Cove Dive Center or at least close enough that they could pick me up.

Several people here were nice enough to make several recommendations for hotels. Is anyone aware of any hotels in that area that have their own pier where you can jump in and dive. Lockers would be nice too!

Any comments on Playa Esmeralda Hotel?

Playa Esmeralda (ALL Roses Club) is much far away from Dive Centers in Villas Del Mar area. Pirate's Cove Dive Center is moving out this month to Samana .Questions re: Juan Dolio area... If you need All Inclusive you can look at Capella or Talanquera Resorts (Hotel en Juan Dolio - Hotel San Pedro de Macoris – Hotel Barceló Capella Beach ), ( Hotel in Juan Dolio - San Pedro de Macoris Hotel - Barcelo Talanquera Beach Hotel - Barcelo.com) . As well Coral Costa Caribe (http://dr1.com/directories/hotels/coral_caribe.shtml),(Welcome to Coral Costa Caribe, beach front hotel located in Juan Dolio - Dominican Republic, just minutes away from Santo Domingo) . Non All Inclusive Albatros Club Resort (Albatros Apartments Resort Holiday Santo Domingo Caribbean Family Dominican Republic) or Plaza Real Resort.

I gave you the Neptuno Link in your other thread. They are the main dive school here and their web site has links to the hotels where they are. There is no shore diving here anywhere in Juan Dolio.

Their hotel link is not updated. It still shows Barceló Colonia Tropical as a hotel .Neptuno Dive Center - Hotel Colonia Tropical
