Looking for Vacation rental home or villa

Hi everyone!
I am loking for a nice but not super expensive rental home or villa for 12/12/08-12/22/08. I want it to be some what close tothe capital and donot want to pay over $800.00 US. Can anyone help? I thought I already had one but it did not work out as the owners told me they would need it for their family at the last minute.
