Does anyone know of affordable housing in the Juan Dolio area? $750 month.

There are apartments available from 300 us$ a month up to 3000US$. It depends what you want. For 600-750 you would get aircon and a pool and 2 beds in a slightly older building. For 300 you get a 2 bed flat with average furniture in an even older building with no aircon and no pool. There should be plenty available in a months time once all the italians have left!!!

There´s Guesthouse Holland they have apartments they rent for for approx $500,-/$750,- p/m. It´s right across the street from the beach and they´re quite comfortable, air, cable TV, hot water. Have stayed their myself several times.

Just wondering what medical school you'll be attending as there are none that are know of close to Juan Dolio...

Have met several med students mostly from PR in the past that seem to study in San Pedro de Macoris.

Try albatross in J. It is closest to la UCE and has many options in that range
