Default Electric Bill

I received my electric bill a couple days ago. I noticed it was almost doubled for no reason. I read the meter myself and the reading the bill has is around 200 kilowatts higher than the current reading. This is 6 days after it was "read".

Has this happened to anyone else recently? Any suggestions on how to handle?

Thanks

I don't know whether you're "served" by EDEESTE; if so this may things significantly:

But I am surprised that meter reading 'botellas' (usually illiterate) were moved in so quickly...
