Does anyone know what is going on at this resort...I am told it was sold for apartments but what about people who bought timeshare there or own a condo?...any help would be appreciated...thanks
Talnquera closed quite a few months ago. The latest story is that the hotel part - near and on the beach is to be remodelled and reopened as a hotel (no sign of any activity atm) and the back part which was villas and condos has been sold as apartments. there is a sign on the main road and I will try and see what it says tomorrow. No idea about time share people.
its' dark, gloomy and quite creepy at night.
The place needed a huge facelift, and can't recall many good comments from visitors that stayed there.
Interesting to watch any changes-
