It's in old Juan Dolio. Take the entrance into Juan Dolio opposite the Shell garage on the autopista and it is there on the corner. A white castle looking building which has been there for ever. Rooms are 10, 20 30 or 40 us$ a night. No aircon and I think the water is a bit limited! But great atmosphere and has a small gym and massage and yoga available. Close to all the action in old Juan Dolio. i have never stayed there but most say it is good value for money.
