really? I fed my babies only breast milk for 6 months and usually they only took one breast at each feeding, even though its suggested you switch but when I wanted to switch they wouldn't want any more milk, and then after 4 months I added some cereal with a spoon and I think juice and water of course, food came after 6 months and after six months I stopped breast feeding, the teeth were coming in, but it was the best experience of my life, such a sweet bond.

The baby is almost 3 months.

breast milk should be enough at least for the first 4 months, I know some babies cry but the more you feed her the more she'll want.......feeding times should be set......ok i'm out

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah... Sounds like you had normal/american kids too. But you also sound like you just copied that paragraph from that book: What to expect when expecting!! LOL
Well, I had HUGE kids. As per all the Dominicanas that gave me consejos, I gave them cereal after one month so they can stay full, get fatter and sleep longer. I gave them beans after 3 months or so, and I had to ween then much faster than I wanted to cause I had to get back to work (no breast pumps for me honey!)
Now I have collosal kids! Ask Bob and the gang that came to my house LOL
Thats great Mar - you cant beat the bonding part. But is so different for each mother and of course each child... I do commend you for sticking to the breastfeeding for that long. That alone takes heart, commitment and courage!

"Si no me haces caso, te voy a dar un cocotazo que va a temblar la tierra!!!".
Just kidding, of course!. Wahahaha!.
Btw: I thought my son was big at birth, shyt, but NOT as big as your last daughter!!.
Que carajos are you feeding her, Forty Malt?.

Good for her.
You can tell who is a good Dominican woman by the way she handles her home.

Ok I know we are hijacking this thread but I'm passionate about breast feeding, hehehe
No TD I didn't quote that from any book but I did have Dr.Spock's book, heheh, but let me tell you my kids are now the boy about 5'10" and the girl is 5'8" tall, they were big babies 8lbs 9oz and 8lbs and 11oz.
My kids were such wonderful babies until they turn about 3 and all hell broke lose heheh
Wow Chip at 3 months that's a lot of milk, just because she cries it doesn't mean she's hungry, give her some water in between feedings, hablale dulce a tu esposa y ella entendera no como hablan los cibaenos.

Chiporelly, when your wife sends you to the bethroom to get some money, does she tells you:
