May I suggest this most excellent book:

The Red Pocket Book of Spanish Verbs : 333 Fully Conjugated Verbs (Paperback)
by Ronni L Gordon, David M Stillman

Every common verb and the 30 most common conjugated in all 14 tenses plus for the top 30 extra examples (ser and estar of course) and it is pocket sized and a whole $7.

Don't panic but the preterit past tense for ir is the same as ser (Fui, fuiste, fue, fuimos, fueron, etc.) . Yow! Two for one.
