How to place accents on letters

If you have MS Word and want to type in Spanish just go to Tools>Set Language and choose the dialect you want - you can hardly mess up as it will auto correct a lot of words and recommend suggestions for those that are mispelled.

You can also in MS word make chortcuts to the accented letres via "insert symbol"
