Plain and simply

There are times when I want to express "plain and simple" or "nice and easy" or, "something very simple"
Ex:
1) I would like to have something plain and simple for dinner.
2) I want to take this nice and easy.Nothing elaborate just something plain and simple.
3)Let's not complicate this, let's have something very simple and take this nice and easy.
I 'm would think that by using the word "tranquillo" we would get to the point BUT how else can we get to the concept of "plain", "simple".

me gustaria algo ligero para la cena or algo simple para la....

again i guess it depends what's the scenario here, who's you receiver,
'quiero tomarme esto (esta relacion/esta conversacion, etc.) suave, nada complicado. oh Quiero llevar esto a la ligera, or 'quiero llevar esto tranquilo.

3)Let's not complicate this, let's have something very simple and take this nice and easy.

No compliquemos esto, vamos a llevarnosla suave/tranquilos.

´nada complicado´, algo facil(as in food), suave(as in slowly, gently), pasamos lento(lets go slowly), con cuidado( with a little caution),

Simple - sencillo.
