Question 1)"touched" y 2)"full of S&%t"

1) I would like to say "I was touched."
(But not in the show me with the dollie way)
por ejemplo
I was touched/moved by the minister's sermon.

2) When someone tells you something that you know is not true or is exaggerated
I heard someone from P.R. say Bulls**iando

And what would be the infinitive form?

For the first thing you asked:

Me impresiono mucho el discurso del pastor.

As for saying that you don't believe in something use simple Spanish, it will take you very far:

Yo no creo en eso para nada, or para mi eso es menitira/un fraude.
