Also, someone who is always promising something, but doesn't deliver what he promised.

Examples, I’ll take out to dinner tomorrow, I am going to help paint, or I’ll go get the mail for you etc…. but it never happens.

I received this word today via e-mail and thought about this old thread.

Fantoche: Although having various meanings, it is used in the DR to mean conceited. It applies to a person who considers himself very smart.

I know that actually, but my translated term in English somehow reverted to a direct translation - funny how that happens sometimes. Thanks for the clarification.

But of course prima. What I'm saying is that I understand that "sin educacion" means without manners but that my direct translation to English was incorrect because I was thinking in Spanish.
