Default Inclusive vs incluso

I was wondering if the terms "inclusive" and "incluso" are more or less interchageable when starting out a sentence, such as:

I'm thinking inclusive may be the correct form but I believe I have heard incluso too.

Thanks

They are both correct, it depends how you use it.

incluso, sa.
(Del lat. inclūsus).

1. adj.
2. adv. m. Con inclusión, inclusivamente.
3. prep. Hasta, aun. Incluso a los enemigos amó. U. t. c. conj.

Incluso fulano era un maliante.

If it was me talking I would use "Inclusive" in place of "including" and "incluso" in place of "included". I could be wrong, thats jsut hwo it seems to me.
