I am arriving in Puerto Plata on Sept. 5 between 3-4pm. Do they still have buses to Sto. Domingo at this time of the day? Do they have bus terminal that I can go to? If bus is not available, are taxi/cabs recommendable for travelling to Santo Domingo? If so, how much will it cost me? Thanks.
