I would like to get an idea of prices of these flights

Also,i know the caribean bus drives from sosua to santo domingo but how long is the drive and is it reasenable to do this with a 7 year old?

Punta Cana to Purto Plata flights

The bus ride from Sosua to Santo Domingo is a little over 4 hours, but they are nice busses.

Caribtours and Metro busses are modern busses.
As "CyaBye3015" wrote it is a little over 4 hours from Sosua to SDO, but busses have ac.
The station in Sosua is right on the mainstreet, and cost is economical.
