Rafael Silva charges $70.
He is close to the airport "Official Turistico" rate.

I can not post his link, do a Google on "Taxi RS".

He speaks English and reponds to e mail.

Boy $70 seems pretty steep. I rented a car and driver from Boca Chica to La Romana and back stopping in JD and SP for $75. 6 hours worth.

Default Happy New Year PutzToronto.

Then give her the name of your driver Putz.
Tell us The Official Taxi rate at La Romana to Juan Dolio.
You seem to be the expert on everything from Prostitutes to getting to the casas.

Rafael is highly recommended by many DR1 members and may not be the cheapest, but speaks perfect English and always shows up.

His name isn't Putz, you're wrong.

Not the cheapest appears to be an understatement in this case. My driver speaks English very well also. For the distance, $70 is a lot.
