Caribe Tours Bus?

OP, do not forget the advice given to you from other posters.

It does get very cold in these buses.

I can't fugure it out. With the price of gas, they will not lower the a/c!!!!!

They use LP gas to power the A/C... Even if the driver shuts the engine the A/C will run without a problem...

The prices are changing with the gas rates, almost every two weeks...

does anyone know the recent fare for a ticket from Santiago to Santo Domingo? That part of the Caribe site is down.

I'll be arriving in Puerto Plata on Sept.5 between 3-4 pm. Do they still have bus running to Santo Domingo at this hour of the day? Do they have bus terminal where I can go to catch a bus? How far is it from the airport? If bus is not available at this time, is taking a cab/taxi recommendable? How much will it cost me from Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo? Thanks.

wish this post was on last year, before we all got on the bus too head too sousa too visit rockys, from santo domingo, canadians dont complain about the cold but holy, definetly a sweater, but a realy nice way too travel,i,d do that trip again
