Hello1 When I was in Puerto Plata last year there was a terrible part of the road between Costambar and Cofresi because of the water running off the hill, if it is better now? Those great holes were repaired? Thanks!
That bit WAS repaired, resurfaced & is breaking up again slowly. It is the bit from Puerto Plata Town to Costambar that is in bad state at the moment - ROAD IMPROVEMENTS they tell us!!!! ~ Grahame.
So this was supposed to be finished by December 31. I guess they forgot to say which year. Very nice lights being put in both on the median and along the sidewalk. However I assume that they need electricity to run, so?????
