puerto plata to punta cana DIRECT

is there a bus (a safe one) that takes you from puerto plata to punta cana and reverse directly, with no stops? and if so, how much does it cost, and how would i go about getting a ticket for it?

No, there is not a direct bus, and that's one heck of a long trip, btw.
You can do it by air, if you want.
