Santo Domingo HELP!

My fiance is visiting the Costa Rican Consulate tomorrow in the capital. Does anyone know more or less where this address is at:

Calle Malaquias Gil No. 11 Ensanche Serralles

Big monuments, buildings, anything will help!

Seralles is a small residential sector just south of Av. Kennedy, between Lincoln and Lope de Vega avenues. The only landmark I can think of is the Customs (DGA) building on Lincoln, just before you get to Kennedy.

I don't know where the exact street is (maybe someone can post a map) but as it's a small area all you need to do is ask.

On this link you'll find the street just above the "Serralles" word, if you look at the number 1 in a red square, above the John F. Kennedy avenue.
