Transportation from STI to Puerto Plata

Hi - what would be my best way to get from STI airport to Puerto Plata?
I'm staying at the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and found out after I made my flight reservations that the resort will only arrange p/u if I fly into POP!
Any assistance will be very appreciated!
Oh - and any thoughts on this resort?

Unfortunately JJ, Paradise Transportation, is going to the USA and is not taking reservations - indefinately.

I suggest contacting Martin Espinal espinal30@msn.com for a quote. He and his company Isaira Tours Isaira Tours and his drivers are also extremely well recommended. I have personally used both and would not hesitate to recommend either.

Terrible hotel. Very run down accomodations. I styed there for one night in December and there was no running water and the room was bleak, old, run down.
