Las Terrenas to Jarabacoa

What is the best way to get from Las Terrenas to Jarabacoa with public transportation? How long should this take?

The Caribe Tours website does not seem to have a map or routes or schedule for the routes in the interior. Anyone know where I can find that?

True, this
Horarios Desde el Interior
does not help much.
There is no direct route from Sanchéz to Jarabacoa and you may need to go to Santiago and change there.
