You got only one choice, to hire a taxi from El Catey to BP El Portillo, problem is: they are NO taxi waiting at the airport, unless BP is arranging a pick up for you , or you arrange with a taxi from Las Terrenas to pick you up.
Las Terrenas taxi ph# 809.240.6391 or 809.240.6339 Spanish only. Hope you know BP ph #, because I don't.
