Unhappy Bus or taxi info....
I will traveling to D.R. in mid- October, I will be staying in Santo Domingo but need to make it to Higuey to visit La Basilicia de La Altagracia. If someone could PLEASE give me info on either bus or taxi service that would be able HELP.....

go to Parque Enriquillo. Get on any of the buses to Higüey. Amen..

Also, do a search here for posts by "rubio_higuey" and see his instructions for getting to Higuey..

would you know a hotel that leaves me close to the bus area ?? or is any hotel in the Boca Chica area O.K......
