SDQ to Santo Domingo, in other than taxi!

Hi everyone!

I am flying to SDQ this Thursday and am so excited! But I have a question: is there any other way into SD other than a taxi?? $30 is quite expensive so has anyone heard of buses, shuttles or motoconchos that take people into the city?

My intention is to take some cheaper method into SD, then take a Caribe to Sanchez then a guagua to Las Terrenas. If anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know!

Hope that your not carrying much, I have never see a bus etc, at the airport, not even sure how far you would have to walk to find one, and if your coming in late, dont worry about it just give it to the first guy that asks for it.

In other words be safe take the taxi and talk to them for a better price, should be able to get into the city for 800rd.
