Santiago to Samana
Hey there everyone, I'm looking for a bit of advice/info about going from Santiago to Samana and then back to Santiago. Will be staying in Samana for 3 nights.
Not looking to take a bus,tour bus, gua gua, or any other more than 4 people type vehicle.
Which is more cost effecitve, renting a car or hiring a car/taxi?
I don't mind driving, in fact I kind of enjoy driving in the D.R. sometimes, it reminds me of playing chicken.
