Never heard of that before this...but a quick search in google says it's in Sabana Grande de Boya(SGDB). If that's the case then just take the road towards Villa Mella and if you continue on that way eventually you'll get to Monte Plata and then to SGDB...then just ask the people there.
Another alternative according to some comments in some forum is to take the new SD to Samana highway and apparently it's only 40 minutes away from SDQ going that route. Now I think I'll visit as I've never been to SGDB. It does look pretty nice...
