Default Directions from Santo Domingo Airport

SDQ Airport to Juan Dolio. Turn by turn from aiport exit. Anyone know these exact turns because I will be renting at night and need clear instructions in case lighting is not good.
Thanks

Leave airport get to main road make a right turn and you go straight for about 20-30 mins till you see signs for boulavard. Boulavard is Juan Dolio, enjoy.

That just about does it. You exit the airport...take a right when you exit...then veer right onto the highway. The only tricky part is when you come to a overpass. But just keep going in the same direction and follow the signs. It is an easy drive....your only concern should be the other drivers on the road.

Be very careful. Driving at night is something most people try to avoid.

Great map and directions, I will be traveling from the SDQ to Sabana Perdica area in a few weeks. I have traveled this route a few times before, only as a passenger, this time I will drive.

If you guys will help me out with directions it will be greatly appreciated.
Also where can I pick up a map of SD and the entire DR?

Ok here is a bit more detailed. leave airport turning right onto airport perimeter road. Go past gas station (petrol station if you are english) on the right. Stay in the right hand lane. you will see overpass ahead on you. Stay to the right and bear round to the right. May be signed SPM and La Romana (San Pedro de Macoris). Stay on that road through Boca Chica. that is the dangerous bit as is not lit and all sorts of things - bikes, people, dogs and cows cross the road. take it slow. Leave Baoca Chica and you drive straight for around 10 miles. You can go faster here. Pass the tamarindo restaurant on the right. keep your eyes open for slip road on the left. It used to be signed Boulevard but the sign has fallen down. look for fallen dwon sign!!! there are no other turn offs so it is the one after the tamarindo. Take that. You will drive through guayacanes. Again take care here. Then go past Shell station on the left. You are now in juan Dolio. There are about 6 entrances so depends where you are heading for as to which one you neend. Where are you heading for???
