HI,
I was just wondering if anyone knew the most reliable route (buses) to get from Santo Domingo to Cabarete?

Metro Bus and Caribe Tours go from Santo Domingo to Sosua. You will have to take either a taxi or other public transportation from Sosua to get the rest of the way to Cabarete.
