costs of rent in San Francisco de Macoris

I was hoping someone could help me. I went down to the Dominican Republic in January and leased a small villa in order to open an English school. I'm hoping that I'm not paying too much. Does anyone know the going rate in San Francisco de Macoris for a small split level 4 bed. villa located in town (not in a great location, but not the worst either)?

Why not ask around the town? Certainly you must know someone there....Ask them what rents are.

Otherwise I fear you are not going to be happy.. b esides, you have already signed a contract, haven't you?
