Default LTI Beach Resort Punta Cana

Has anyone stayed at the LTI Beach Resort in Punta Cana? If so, I would greatly appreciate any feedback on the resort, your impressions, etc. Though it's probably too late to do anything if it's bad, my girlfriend and I are heading there in late March. Any feedback is much appreciated!

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian, if it is the lti sol de plata hotel, My husband and I stayed there when it was only about 8 months old. We got a fabulous deal at the time $599 for 8 days, believe it or not>> I have stayed at 3 other hotels in Punta cana and found that this one was the quietest. The people that run it were by far the friendliest of all the other hotels. They aim to please. The food is good, good drinks, real nice pool>> I do not think there is much night life. The only draw back I see if that it is far away from anything else . You will have a good time I am sure>. Be careful you don:t get mixed up like we did. We took a cab to the shopping plaza and on the way home told them the sol de plata, and I did not recognize it, because there are two of them close to each other. enjoy your stay> Eileen

Default LTI

Hola!

I have just returned from the LTI less than 1 week ago. I had the best time but I got what I was looking for, what exactly are you looking for? Loan, Jonny Bravo, Elvis, Luis, Max, David, Grabby and everyone else do everything they can to make sure that you take full advantage of all the activities available to you. I personally choose to lounge in the sun by the pool which is also amazing, I have some really great pictures. I went with my best friend and we met friendly people al over the world. Unfortunately I ate something that was off, probably my own fault anyways but I am STILL paying for it so make you pack immodium just in case. Have you requested a beach view? I stayed in 5008 and it was so lovely!! For ocean swimming you are better to go to Sosua via the free hotel shuttle bus and follow the street down to the beach and the water there is better. I think we had reg flags (swimming prohibited) 5 out of the 7 days we were there. I could go on forever about the great time I had but if you have any specific questions feel free to email me.

Have a blast.

P.S. if anyone else reading this remembers or happens to know the name and singer of the song that is the LTI Signature dance song "Uno, Dos, Tres" please let me know as I can only find the one by Ricky Martin and I know it is not the same!!!!

LTI Beach Resort is the Motel 6 or Economic Inn of Punta Cana.
Definitively this is not a resort for well traveler American or Dominicans.
If you are just leaving from the cold and you are looking for sun, nice beach, average food and tropical drinks. you gonna be in paradise.
good luck.
