trip to Punta Cana

Planning a trip to Punta Cana for my 6 yr old son and I, mid March from Toronto/Canada. Are there only all-inclusive resorts there? I'm on a limited budget and to date I haven't found any resorts for less than $3,100. CDN for 7 days (of course that incl. flight). I realize I shouldn't have waited so long to book....dohhh!!

Try this website for travel agents in Canada. I think you should be able to do better than that price.
