Bayahibe v. Playa Rincon

Hi everyone. We are just finalizing our plans for our upcoming trip. We are debating between spending a few days on Playa Rincon or in Bayahibe. Could someone compare the two for me please? Are the beaches of Bayahibe nicer than Playa Rincon? What is the atmosphere like in each place?

There is not way to compare this 2 places because they are very diferents.
Bayahibe is a small town with 6 AI resorts (all great), being Iberostar Hacienda and Coral Canoa the tops.
the beach is very beautiful, white soft sand and clear water.
Playa Rincon is located in Samana. this beach is ranked in the top 10 around the world.
Rincon is a virgin beach, there is nothing around. However, you can stay in Las Galeras (small town with AI resorts and several small hotels), and take a speedboat to Playa rincon.
If you choose to stay in Samana also you can visit Cayo Levantado beach. which in my opinion is one of the best beaches in DR.
