Distance from Punta Cana to Port Au Prince

Anyone have any idea how long it would take to get from Punta Cana to Port Au Prince, Haiti? And how would one get there?

You would take a RD$120 bus from Bavaro bus stop to Santo Domingo. This bus leaves Bavaro at 7 am and 4 pm. It is a four hour trip so you would have to overnight in order to make the 11 am Caribe Tours (Tel. 221-4422) five-hour bus trip to Port au Prince. But you could make the Terra Bus trip departing at noon and costing US$75 round trip, or US$40 one way. Tel. 472-1080. Take a RD$60 taxi to the Terra Bus station at Plaza Criolla, about 10 minutes away from where the Bavaro bus will drop you off.
