Questions about employment

I'm a US citizen, fluent in english and spanish and conversational in portuguese and italian. I will be in the Dominican Republic with my wife this summer and want to work in a hotel in a position that will allow me to interact with the guests and also with management. I've heard that some guest service manager positions offer this. What positions should I be able to fill with the above mentioned abilities? What salary can I expect? We are considering Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata as our location--any suggestions, both economically speaking and otherwise?
