I will be traveling to Punta Cana next week, and i want to know what the best excursions are. For example, if we go into santa domingo, how guided is the tour, what would we visit, and how safe is the city?
what about the 4X4 tours? what are the prices and what do you see?
If I were visiting I would never do this. I would stay east and visit Altos de Chavon in La Romana 1 1/2 hours. Also the Basilica in Higuey 50 mins. And Hillbilly tells us of a cigar museum tour an the outskirts of Higuey which I would definately do. Good Luck I wish I was going.
