North coast area or resort where I can surf the best waves for boogie boarding?

I am looking for a resort where we can surf with good wasves for boogie boarding. North coast. Do any resorts supply boards as part of the water activity?

I think Cabarete is your place. Lots of nice places to stay and there are lots of boards so I hear....

Cabarete is the Windsurfing Capital of the DR. If you go there stop in at the Roadhouse and say hi to Luis and Sandra which is just out of town on the way to Sosua. If you get to Sosua stop in and say hi to Marco at Rockys and tell him to buy you a drink on me *Scott*. Say hi to Ted and Ester for me also.

Great times there, just got back a week ago.
