Default Playa Cofresi how far?

Hello,

How far is Playa Cofresi from the town of Puerto Plata where the amber museum is or from the Malecon Blvd.

Thanks

I do not know how much the Guagua charges from La Jabilla Bus station it will be cheaper than a tourist taxi, but a word of advice. If you get on a Guagua to the entrance of Playa Cofresi, get on the front of the bus and tell the driver or "cobrador" that you are getting off at Playa Cofresi.

Imagine sitting at the back and the whole isle of the bus is full meaning that most of the passengers have to get off the Guagua to let you out!!! Embarrassing but that's life here!! Speaking from past experience!!!!!

Then you will have to walk in to the beach area, they did not like motoconchos (motorbike taxis) in. Is that still the case?

A local taxi is cheaper than a tourist taxi, somebody else may be able to say how much?

Take a taxi fer heavens sake. It aint that expensive. Door to door with little pain has to be worth something.
