Lightbulb Last question before i book :-)

OK

this could make or break the honeymoon so any comments would be great!!!

I am torn between the iberostar costa dorada and any of the Riu resorts on the North side- (the maimon beech)

I really am a little bit stuck on this one so please help me to swing to the best resort!

Thanks

Paul

Default Last question before i book :-)

While the Iberostar Costa Dorada is a beautiful resort, the Riu complex is just a beautiful, a bit more remote and out of the way from POP but, you get the use of all the Riu resorts with their package, so I would take advantage of being able to use more facilities at the Merengue, Bachata and Mambo.
Here is their website have a look http://www.riu.com/index.php
Have a look through their website.

thats a big swing vote for me to be able to use three sets of facilities......the only thing that puts me off is the limit of the resaurants....Is it right there are only Oriental and Medittarnean??

if this is so is there anywhere else around the complex that offers great food?

Thanks very much

Default riu for sure

Riu hotels are the best!! i would choose that group for sure...You can drink at all three hotels ..The bachata is the newest , just opened Mar 21st.

There are likely 2 at each resort. I was at Merengue at few years ago, great time. You are only 20 minutes or so to downtown by taxi.
I have been to many other Riu resorts and all were fantastic.
