Cool sea horse ranch
I had the pleasure of being to dinner at the home of an American friend at his home in sea horse ranch. It is a very fabulous property situated on the water. I didn't ask the price but believe it was somewhere between $1 - 2 million USD. He said that one of the high ranking officials in the government lived nearby. ( but my friends home was the nicer of the 2 )
