Angry Thunderstorms all next week???????????????

Well-Sunday we're off to Punta Cana for a week-I looked on two sites and they both indicate thunderstorms everyday. I know this is the rainy season and all, but I also know that it may not rain constantly. The Precip. percent is between 30-60% each day....what are the chances that the days will be total washouts????

Talking Thunderstorms

TNJ1996, you are concerning yourself with too many things about your up-coming visit. Chill out a little. Don't rely on the websites that indicate thuderstorms every day, you get better predictions from a Ouija Board. You will get way more sun than rain. The thunderstorms when they do occur, will be late afternoon with episodes into the evening and night. They do not last very long, 15 minutes to an hour at best, enough to keep the vegetation green and the wells supplied. So, don't worry be happy, just get your arrsss down here and enjoy yourself. Regards, PJT
