Would it be cheaper to pre-book tickets for the Jazz Festival and Groove Break in Cabarete, or can they be bought for the same price locally.

Both events are spread between, Sosúa, Puerto Plata and Cabarete.
You can buy Groove Break tickets online via DR1: http://groove.dr1.com
Jazz Festival tickets will be up later today.
You will be able to get tickets locally. Not sure of the locations or availability.
