Need villa rental referrals

greetings! I am headed to the island in April 2003. I would appreciate any suggestions on finding an affordable villa rental. (7 adults, 5 kids, pool,
close to beach or on beach fully equiped kitchen) Prefer north coast but will consider other locals if near golf, nature park kids activities etc.

There are some beautiful villas for rent at the Karisma Hacienda Tropical...complete with maids!!!
I stayed at the complex in January of this year and loved it!!!http://www.hacienda-resorts.com/
